– Develop Audit Plan

– Conducting audits and Preparation of Audit reports

– Risk Assessment

– Conduct Process study and suggesting improvements

– Work closely with Outsourced Internal Audit Firm

– Discussion with Process owners and Follow up for the implementation of agreed action plans

– SOX Testing and documentation

CA having 3-5 years of experience in managing Internal Audit function within corporate
