The incumbent should have 0-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment & should possess a proven track record of providing support in the areas of Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Prospective candidates for Level 1 & 2 interviews, rate negotiations ,Closure, Offer and on boarding process.
The incumbent should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, development of his/her own profile bank, excellent sourcing skills from social sites with a strong network of contacts. Should have worked in a result sensitive staffing company of repute or Big 5 implementation partner in US IT Recruitment as an individual contributor. Key Skills: Possess excellent oral & written communication. Good knowledge & understanding of IT technologies.
Thorough understanding of US Tax & Visa process. Expertise in working on W2, C2C and 1099. Working in MSP environment and VMS portal like Field Glass desired. Good Vendor contacts for C2C and Bench sales. Must have worked with end clients predominantly in Contract positions. Should have capability to create Job Descriptions based on requirements. Ability to understand Job Descriptions & tweak the strategy for closures. Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruiting space. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
