Tech Support Executive (Hyderabad)

Tech Support Executive required.

Job Description:

Provide level 1 tech support after due training from our end.
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.

Will be on probation for a period of 6 months till you get confirmed with us.
During probation you will be eligible for a stipend of 10-12 K.

Desired Profile:

Graduation in any stream.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Attitude to learn and work.
