Job Description:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management with 2 to 3 years in a similar position. Basic knowledge of cuisines and specialisation of any cuisine. Computer knowledge essential. Innovative & Hard working. Should be ready to join immediately

Reporting to the Executive Chef. Responsible for optimum functioning of assigned Kitchen / Section in accordance with company standards including optimum levels of food standards, hygiene, costs, guest satisfaction and staff development.
