Position Name: BDE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

(Sales & Marketing Account Opening Job)

Kinds of Accounts Current Account ,Savings Account & Salary Account.

Salary CTC of Rs. 1.40 to 1.80 Lacs/Annum Plus incentives and Allowance

Job Type: On-Role Job, Day 1 onward they will be work under the AXIS Payroll.

Role of BDE:

It is a field job which involve travelling within the city/local area and the following responsibilities :

To sell the Banks products to the corporates / MSMEs
Savings Accounts
Current Accounts
Term Deposits
Debit / Credit Cards
IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual
Fund / Online Trading)
To acquire new to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships
To fulfil KYC norms
To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals
To increase the customer base by developing business
Strengthening Relationships with existing customers

OFFICER SALES TO AM SALES 1 YEAR

AM TO DM 2 YEARS

DM TO MANAGER 4 YEARS

Eligibility Criteria: Any Arts & Science graduate (UG & PG) / BE / B.Tech / MBA below 26 Years without any standing arrears.
