The job will require assisting the partner in the entire HR process right from joining to separation , including policy formulation, HR Manuals, interviewing, induction and training, counseling and maintaining various control sheets, preparing minutes and notes, maintaining files and records and complying with various laws related to the same.
The candidate must have good command on written and spoken English and on computers including Microsoft/Open Office and internet and fast speed on keyboard.
The job will also include answer telephones, meet and greet candidates , create and modify documents using Microsoft Office or Open Office. perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to control and report on the flow of activities and exceptions and generally to support seniors in various areas relating to Human Relations.
1. Graduation with First Class and passed through out the career in 1st attempt
2. Those born and brought up in Mumbai and having experience with a medium size CA Firm or Legal Firm.
