Job Description

– From Real estate hospitality industry, aviation etc an added advantage.
– Good Organizational Skills, discreet, tactful &efficient.
– Attending and maintaining clients ‘details at the reception.
– Confident in computer skills word PPT, maintaining attendance registers.
– Coordinating with various agencies when required.
– Handling EPABX up to 100 lines sending fax, courier, drafting letters & typing.
– Handling and Attending Inbound and Outbound Calls
– Maintaining Registers (In and Outgoing, Visitors Details, IT Complaints, on Daily Basis —And Submitting it to the Admin Head on monthly basis).
– Maintaining the incoming Courier and distributing it to the concern department.
– Making the necessary arrangements for the meetings.
– Maintaining the reception area and Coordinating with the House Keeping.
