Role & Responsibilities:
Managing banks branch sales, generating sales through Retail Liability products Like: CASA, FDs Li / Gi & Personal Loan etc. Bank.
Acquisition & Deepening of CASA for the branch. Generating revenue through third party products (Assets) Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities. Development of team by training, coaching and motivating them. Ensuring achievement of CASA numbers, value and cross sell with focus on channel productivity. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations. Relationship Management with the Channels and Franchise for business development. Relationship Management with the Branch Employees and Manager of the bank at partner branches to increase the revenue. Relationship and Motivation of branch staff to help generate leads. Training of branch staff and private banking RMs on cross sell of our banking retail products. Key customer calls (Private Banking customers). Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by branch.
Candidate must be carrying at least 4.0 to 8.0 year experience in sales & marketing domain.
Minimum Graduate with any stream (Full Time). Or
Post Graduate with any stream and MBA will be Preferred.
Should have Good Communication skill.
