Position: Engagement Manager- Professional Services Sales
Business Unit: Adobe Customer Solutions
Location: Noida/ Delhi NCR/Mumbai
The success of the Professional Services Salesperson will be determined by their ability to uncover,
define, and close strategic projects with valued customers within the Adobe Enterprise business unit.
The Professional Services Salesperson will interact strategically with the Field Sales team to identify,
cultivate and close on new business. In addition to working with the customer to identify and develop
services only opportunities. This is a quota-carrying Consulting Sales role.
What youll do
Adobe PSS fulfill the role of trusted advisor to both the customer and the Adobe team to
develop strategic opportunities with our Customers.
The Adobe PSS will work closely with the customer to identify their needs with the effective
utilization and acceleration of their investment in Adobe technology
The Adobe PSS will work across technology, implementation, people, process and best
practice services to ensure our customers realise their desired outcomes through their
investment in Adobe
The Adobe PSS will own opportunities within the customers environment, working from
conception through to close, in addition to working as part of a team for complex solution
The PSS is the primary sales liaison within our delivery team and owns the development and
management of Customer relationships all while working in tight coordination with License
Field Sales teams
PSS maintain effective relationships with Operations personnel, Consulting and PMO
leadership and personnel; and, align to company as well as the clients practices and goals.
What youll need to succeed
10+ years prior experience in an enterprise level software consulting or services sales role; this includes
proven track record for attaining and exceeding annual quota. Knowledge of enterprise software
development lifecycle, from a service selling standpoint, is essential. Digital Marketing industry experience
is helpful, as is knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based offerings. Knowledge of large, global field

Ability to rapidly assess Customer environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively communicate opportunities for growth.
Experience working within matrixed teams to identify, document and close consulting engagements that leverage an enterprise level SaaS offering.
Ability to collaborate with Adobe software sales to build and execute complex account strategies and sales plays.
Nurture and develop strong relationships with existing Customers and extend reach within their organizations.
Ability to anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions; achieve customer satisfaction through the sale of sound consulting projects.
Act as a point of escalation for Customers and License Sales on delivery issues and work with Consulting Leadership to find appropriate resolution.
Excellent team building, verbal and written communication skills as well as reporting and presentation expertise.
Bachelor Degree strongly preferred.
