o Work with HR officer/Generalist to: manage and track the staffing requisition process, select appropriate media and message for advertising, source and screen candidates from various resume databases, review all positions to ensure position accuracy and post jobs both internally and externally, as appropriate. Conduct on-site and campus (ITI) interviews; coordinate all internal and external interview schedules and logistics. Coordinate all offer letters and employment paperwork, track applicant flow for all positions to ensure compliance with affirmative action record keeping guidelines.
o Manage vendor relationships associated with the staffing process, including background checks, drug testing, and assessments. Review results and identify potential issues/risks associated with results and communicate to HR officer, as appropriate.
o Act as Web Hire system administrator in terms of maintaining data integrity; provide staffing reports on a regular basis. Manage system changes and/or upgrades and communicate/train users as appropriate.
o Coordinate and deliver all new hire orientation for new employees.
o Coordinate, track and process employee referrals.
Salary: ₹ 1,75,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
