Assistant Manager / Research Officer – Market Research and Strategy

Essential Functions & Key responsibilities
Conducting Primary and Secondary research on real estate market and providing accurate, insightful and latest market knowledge developed using a consistent methodology across all localities.
Carry out periodic market visits to understand the pulse from a closer angle.
Keep a tab on and report competitors activities, pricing, and project details.
Collate information from developers on their real estate projects through Market research and consumer research/product research.
Research & analyze the customer wants, preferences, likes/dislikes about particular product offerings.
Create value by validating and organizing market data to make it easily accessible, advisable, and accurate.
Track the Indian & Global Economic Scenario, studying its impact on the real estate sector
Study relevant market reports on competition, competitor- industry scenario

Skill Set and Abilities
Prior real estate research background is a must
Well versed with the geographic spread of Mumbai
Good written and spoken English skills
Qualification & Experience
MBA with about 2-3 years experience in Market Research
B Com. or Economics background with about 4-5 years experience in Market Research
