Executive Secretary (Chennai)

Job Description:

– Graduates who are well versed in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to work under pressure.
– Handling daily correspondence, drafting letters and proposals
– Preparing Powerpoint presentations, analysis of various MIS reports
– Coordinating with various offices across the country
– In charge of departmental administration, filing, record keeping and maintaining minutes of meetings
– Responsible for arranging meetings, travel and organizing calendars of senior functionaries.
