He/She is responsible for Running Great Restaurants through-
#Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant team.
#Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining registers and licences.
#Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
#Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate & train.
#Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, & grounds through the use of a #Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.
#Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
#Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
#Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work environment for the team.
#People Management, Issues & Escalation handling, Motivating the Team Members
#Responsible to meet weekly/monthly target
#Achieve top and bottom line of P&L
# Implementing new ideas to increasing the sales and repeating customers visits
Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
