Sales Trainer

Identification of training needs for the zone basis data analysis & feedback from zone sales team.

Sharing the Training Need Identification with HQ team to help them design relevant modules, activities and tools to ensure a consistent approach across with the aim of increasing standards of sales performance

Develop Sales Capability development plan for the Zone in collaboration with the ZSM, with an objective of improving sales team performance.

Managing the people development across different roles within the sales function for the Zone by driving Field Management Process, sales excellence workshops, Sales leadership development centers etc

Monitors sales team progress against these initiatives and provides feedback to the business/leadership team on an ongoing basis

Work closely with DSMs & ASMs in the zone to improve their ability to coach sales people in the field and their ability to manage performance in their area of responsibility.

Work closely with the local HR team in the recruitment process as needed. This is to ensure that the caliber of salespeople joining the sales team is consistently high and that new recruits possess the appropriate competencies at the right levels.

Responsible for driving the PIP process in the Zone to ensure minimum number of people are a part of the same by doing training interventions & rigorous follow up with the people in the trigger list

Responsible for the complete end to end trainings interventions in the Zone

Responsible for ensuring execution of the New Hire Induction by ASMs in the Zone & Route Training through there reporting managers

Conduct TTT session for the ASMs on NHI

Conduct dealer meets on quarterly basis in collaboration with ZSM

To implement Training Metrics and dashboards to measure impact and efficacy of Training deliveries

Post training follow up on performance of trained employees to measure effectiveness of training

Conduct TTT (train the trainer) programs to improve upon delivery skills of trainers in the Zone.

Analyze and plan the training coverage for your zone so as to ensure that the penetration and fulfilment targets for each of the programs are being met consistently.

Route Riding with Sales Team, POS visits, dealer visits to understand the requirement for capability Development
