Responsible for discovering and pursuing existing and new sales
Ability to explain about our Website , software to the builder , advertisers
Responsible for selling the online & offline Packages
Plan & Conduct sales promotional activities for generation of leads
Identifying new sales leads through extensive research with in-house data.
Reaching out to potential clients and forming a working relationship
Formulating proposals and carrying out negotiations
Projecting sales strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative.
Analytics driven skills, ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Integrity.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Main Motive to achieve the sales target of the Packages from Builders, Sellers, Suppliers, Advertisers.
Ensure timely collection of all revenue from Builders/Sellers
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Key skills Required: Business Development,Lead Generation,Convincing Power,Communication Skills,Client Relationship Management, Real Estate Sales, Online Package Selling, Property, new projects
