• To answer customer queries & manage customer expectations through interactions via Web chat and Emails.
• To provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints and requests.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts.
• Only Male candidates can apply.
• Should be computer proficient (familiar with keyboard and shortcut keys)
• Should have good typing speed.
• Should be good in computer skills.
• No Cab facility
• Preferably those candidates staying nearby Rohini location
