Roles and responsibilities 

Dear Candidate,

Sopra Steria is Hiring for below mentioned position.This is a Voice Based Profiles for Outsourced HR Services for BPS Domain

Summary:

Minimum 2yrs of experience.
B2B HRO Experience Preferred.
Non-Technical Graduates only.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) .
Logical reasoning.
Good aptitude.
Flexible with UK Shift timing and comfortable with Noida SEZ location.
Should have excellent computer proficiency.
Work as per the agreed process procedures, business rules or scripts with the defined level of quality. Processing work could include making & answering calls, responding to queries, taking messages and processing transactions
Learn procedures and understand the parameters for producing quality output
Resolve queries & escalate as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group) and log, if appropriate
Schedule, prioritize and allocate work on daily basis
Distribute information and cascade work to other team members or groups, as required
Identify and suggest areas of improvement
Maintain and update information through data base or manually
Support line manager on any additional administration work, whenever required
Liaison with internal/external clients
Print/post data/reports/invoices daily
Flexible to work in different shifts
