POC Specialist (sales)

  • Responsible for achieving Sales, Growth & Customer Support activities of the Point-of-Care (POC) range of products HbA1c analyzer, Microalbumin analyzer, Dry-chemistry Electrolyte analyzer, Hemoglobin analyzer and its accompanying reagents. This includes identifying target customers, meeting them regularly and promoting our products, closing the sale and follow-up on regular basis to ensure reagent sales.
  • He / She needs to develop optimum distribution channels in the geographical area assigned to them to ensure adequate product supply.
  • Ensure distributors comply with company commercial norms.
  • Should have above average technical knowledge so as to address basic technical queries raised by the customer regarding the products. Also co-ordinate with Marketing team to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Collect, Manage and Analyze key market data regarding competitors and our own customers. (Prospect Lists, Customer Masters, Customer trackers etc)
  • Help in the Market Research for launch of new products
  • Co-ordinating with various departments like technical support team, commercial team, marketing team for ensuring smooth operation of business in assigned HQ.
