Overseeing the recruitment of new sales and retail staff.
Min 3 Year Experience in in managing retail environment.
Responsible for induction programs for new staff members, conducting appraisals and performance â€¨reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development. â€¨
Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. â€¨
Strategizing the business forward to achieve significant turnover and profitability in 6 stores. â€¨
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning & merchandising. â€¨
Ensuring considerable portion of existing market & increasing sales turnover on YOY. â€¨
Controlling shrinkage, wages, write-off, cost control and store expenditure. â€¨
Marketing activities by organizing special promotional events, by liaising with local schools, â€¨newspapers and the community in general.â€¨
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. â€¨
Strict adherence to SOP. â€¨
Attending meetings taking reviews (Weekly, Monthly) with the Executives. â€¨
Employee engagement activities to boost & retain employees for the organization. â€¨
Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. â€¨
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives.
Salary: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
