Job Description:

Urgently required Assistant Manager – BIE (Supply Chain) – Marol

Key Responsibilities:

Experience of project planning, implementation, and delivery as well as experience of working within a supply chain with an understanding of these operational processes ( E-commerce preferred)

Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes across the supply chain will be required along with strong analytical skills and statistical ability. You will define project metrics and oversee the collection and analysis of data and provide recommendations on the use of Lean and DMAIC tools.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required by the Warehouse Manager. To assist external/internal teams with Inbound/outbound Logistics and dispatch planning.

Lead suitable Key Performance Indicators around the resilience of Supply Chain Operations delivery, to offer measures which can be used to support and deliver strategy & performance improvement.

With an eye for detail and the ability to follow issues through to resolution, you will be able to work effectively and get things done in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, which are essential as you collect, understand and communicate the agreed business requirements for the project.

Mandatory Qualifications Master degree in Supply Chain, Operations Industrial Engineering with 2 to 4, or Graduate with 5 to 7 years of industry experience. ICT projects in supply chain. Knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis and Forecasting Techniques Strong Analytical Skills Proficient at MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Detail Oriented Ability to validate, analyze and sort through large amounts of data Drive and passion to generate bottom line results for the business Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills Process Oriented and Improvement Focused
