Position: Project manager

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing timely delivery and production of learning programs and services in analytics, finance and technology. Being the single point of contact between SMEs, in-house product development teams and other stakeholders, the project manager will be responsible for building the various product services, project timelines, identifying and liasioning with various stakeholders and driving the project for completion within the timelines and with the quality benchmarks identified at the onset, as well as identifying and recruiting various resources for the tech and finance products

Key Accountabilities:

– Plan and deliver, end to end, all services related to the course offered as part of the complete product

– Develop, maintain and manage to a comprehensive project schedule(s)

– Identify and recruit vendors/trainers/SMEs for our technology and finance programs

– Develop and maintain project risk log(s), issues/actions/decisions log(s) and project reporting

– Work with Product and Business Owners to define project scope, budget (develop & document) goals and deliverables that support the strategic objectives of each program/project

– Work with the program/project owner to define the project success criteria

– Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

– Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing and regular basis to maintain informal lines of communication

– Estimate the Strategic program/project resource levels (with stakeholder input) required to successfully achieve the project goals

– Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and between projects and when required, escalate issues to the steering committee for resolution

– Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to business owners and executive sponsors on a regular basis

– Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and support contingency planning

– Coach, mentor, influence, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors to take action and to be accountable for assigned work
