The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
– Responsible for cold-calling and lead-generation activities.
– Responsible for creating a qualified opportunity pipeline that results in full Target attainment.
– Update all the activities in CRM.
– Position companyâ€™s products and solutions to customers by phone.
– Able to identify sales opportunities.
– Fast and accurate information dissemination to customers.
– Managing customer information.
– Scheduling appointments for the outside sales team.
– Working closely with the Outside Sales Team.
– Maintaining good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
– Should have min. 6 months of experience on working as a inside sales utive preferably with a software company.
– Graduate with good academic record.
– Good communicator: command over English language, ability to present his/her point of view effectively, negotiations.
– Good organizational Ss, Result Orientation, demonstrated performance in past records.
– Knowledge of CRM will be an added advantage.
