Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Executives take Inbound calls but the skill set for both the roles is the same. The potential candidate will have to be adept at learning quickly and using his/her communication skills to leverage the company business goals. The telesales or customer service executive is:

Accountable for achievement of revenue targets.
Making outbound Voice calls to US clients.
Understand and manage personal performance on daily basis.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaign.
Generating daily MIS
Adhering to quality standards

Mandatory requirements:

Freshers preferred but maximum of 2 years experience can also be considered for this position.
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
A polite and friendly manner (being rude never gets you anywhere).
Lots of initiative.
A positive attitude.
The ability to think quickly.
Education is not a consideration. What matters is that the person is dependable, punctual and has the right skills for the role.

Shift timings: 9pm to 6am

Prefer Male and Female candidates.
Pickup – drop and food facility will be provided.
Monthly incentives would be given to each employee based on their performance.
Employees would be a part of the Fun Friday activities and Team outings.
