We are now hiring for a Technical Voice Process.
– Designation: Technical Support Associate 1/ Technical Support Associate 2/ Technical Support Associate 3
– Voice support to customers
– Day shift environment- 8:30am – 6:30
– Hardware & Software Level Troubleshooting
– Good verbal English and Hindi communication
– Job Location: Pune
– Financial Service Agreement: Financial Service Agreement (Mandatory) for 12 months.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Troubleshooting / fixing desktops, portables and peripherals for consumers.
– Real Time Technical Support.
– Excellent written / phone etiquette skills.
– Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction.
– Good knowledge of Laptops/ Desktops and peripherals.
– High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
– Graduate (Technical-BE/BCS/BCA/BSc (IT)) Freshers or -Undergraduate candidates with 18months of Technical experience can apply.
– Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Software and basics of Networking.
– Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi- tasking skills.
– Must be a Team Player.
