Manager – Employee Relations @ Mumbai_turbhe

  • Investigate and prepare reports and recommend action on grievance cases that come from time to time within the TAT
  • Be thorough and updated on recent amendments on various labour laws such as shop and establishment, Payment of Gratuity Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Minimum Wages Act, Provident Fund Act Payment minimum wages etc. Ensure compliance of the same with zero tolerance to non compliance 
  • Advise and assist in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function
  • Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters
  • Facilitate communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques
  • Managing the end to end life cycle of the third party contractual employees
  • Update PF, Gratuity records and handle employee queries on the same
  • Manage vendor payments
