Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for driving the sales & supply in the respective region from weddingz managed properties

Responsible to drive team of Business Sales managers (BSMs) to achieve the KRAs

Team management of BSMs with regular review to assess day to day activities, customer/partner escalations, sales pipeline, revenue management and activities to grow top line in the respective regions.

Hire BSMs as per business needs and ensure the delivery of results from them.

Work closely with the marketing team to define strategies, partnerships and activities, which will help in brand building and exceeding the targets.

Ensure all venues across the city region deliver at target.

Develop strategies to grow sales in their region.

Build and maintain strong relationship with high end properties and end clients.

Review data at city level/venue level to assess concerns and then work with cluster heads BSMs to fix the issues.

Will have to coordinate & work closely with cross functional teams across the organization

MBA is a must. (Tier 1 + 2 Colleges is preferred).

Industry preference ecommerce, real estate, fmcg, consumer durables.

Analytical and self-driven. Strategic thinker who, thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur

Prior experience of building and managing large teams.

Multi tasking individual with good sense of prioritization.

Ability to work with cross functional teams in the organization
