Organizing and maintaining assets (Images/Videos/PDFs, etc.) within Digital Asset Management (DAM) Tool. (Even if the person is maintaining assets in the other tool is also fine.)
Generate asset reports and maintain records for the system.
Assign metadata to assets, archiving, developing guidance around assets where appropriate
Monitor, review and respond to Governance related requests and delegate to appropriate party where applicable
Educate and inform agencies and vendors through standards and ongoing communications; ensure all initiatives, materials and assets are properly branded and aligned to the Grant Thornton standards
Develop appropriate training around assets and guidelines
Knowledge of Identity standards and guidelines, provide recommendations when needed
experience in asset Management and brand / creative governance
Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs and Digital Asset Management tools
Nice to have, image editing experience
Brand governance, file organizing, naming convention, process driven
DAM resource can work primarily as governor of the DAM tool with basic understanding of the Adobe suite and he/she will not be doing the design tasks actively. But being the point contact for the DAM tool and coming up with the e-learning modules for DAM in conjunction with the e- learning vendors.
Design resource to be working on the high end design requests starting with less complicated requests.
Managing images or assets.

AEM Content Authors (Not AEM Developer)
Uploading and deleting, archiving assets/images.
