A brief about the role:

RENEWALS
1 TO COMPLETE THE TARGETS OF RENEWALS AS ASSIGNED BY COMPANY
2 TO CALL & VISIT EACH & EVERY PROSPECTIVE CLIENT FOR RENEWAL
3 TO ENSURE 100% CONVERSION OF LEADS CREATED BY CALL CENTER

REPORTING & CO-ORDINATION
1 TO USE SYSTEM ASSIGNED BY COMPANY TO MAX EXTEND.
2 TO CO-ORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS LIKE SHARED, ACCOUNTS & OPERATIONS FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIONING
3 TO CO-ORDINATE WITH UP LINES TO GET RENEWALS DONE.
4 CO-ORDINATION WITH CALL CENTER REGARDING LEADS.

Other Activities
1 To attend the Customers for Health Check Ups.
2 To attend & take care of Hospital treatment admissions with completion of all formalities.
3 To attend the marketing seminars & send to report to marketing department.
4 To accept the First Sales forms of the Customers & despatch to HO.
5 To adher to all reporting desciplines of Renewal, Marketing, Operations, PHP, Healthfriend.
