Business Plan Achievement
Carry out new business development and lead generation for new franchisee stores for Prestigious MNC (Shoes Manufacturing).
Create investment guidelines for new franchisees along with agreements and operational terms in consultation with the Legal Department.
Conduct market study to identify new franchisees.
Provide shop operational support to the new franchisees.
Generate orders from existing customers and ensure timely payments.
Conduct data analysis for business as required identifying new avenues for business development.
Review and monitor performance of all franchisee stores on ongoing basis to exercise control, issue necessary direction, uninterrupted support and corrective actions so as to enhance the efficiency of entire business value chain.
Ensure that there is an achievement of the required business growth over the previous year.
Stock & Merchandise Management
Monitor OTB planning and category management by the merchandiser.
Ensure monthly order planning/distribution according to regional business requirement.
General Administration and Compliance
Responsible for ensuring all legal compliances in franchisee stores in the region
Ensure smooth implementation of all administrative policies
Hiring of appropriate staff
Training of people on Product, Competitive products, Consumer and Operations
