– Employee Relations,Performance Appraisal,Training and Development – Manpower planning,Human resource development
– Wages & salaries
– Maintenance of office administration
– Manage the resource pool from the educational institutes, NGOs and industry contacts to improve efficiency of the various channels of recruitment
– Ensure accurate employment records.
