Imperia Client Relationship Manager – (Bangalore Location).
Responsible for handling a portfolio of anywhere between 40 – 200 Cr.
Preparation of reports and investment proposals for clients based on their risk profile by conducting financial research.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Analyzing latest market trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable input for fine tuning sales strategies.
Translate the banking needs of the customer to the service team,
Responsible for understanding the business and making recommendations for improvement
Providing financial planning & Investment Advice, Cross selling of financial products spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking and Forex.
Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients.
Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial product offerings of the Bank Business generation on Investment Advisory Services.
Ensuring proper development of Business in area in terms of clients, Market share, processes and relationship management.
To retain and enhance Advisory relationships that is converted.
To execute cross-sell efforts as per focus of the Bank at a given point of time.
To keep oneself updated on the financial markets and in advisory products / services in particular
Salary: ₹ 9,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.
