Job Description :
To provide our clients internal and external, with Pre /Post Live excellence that is based on proactive and responsive communication. To deploy and maintain IDeaS software at our client sites that deliver measurable, understandable and believable benefits to our clients.
â€¢Deploy IDeaS Software products on the Server side
â€¢ Maintain Server side software so as to provide 99% uptime.
â€¢ Provide timely and accurate feedback to Quality Assurance and Software Development teams on the product status.
â€¢ Complete upgrades of IDeaS software on the Server side.
â€¢ Coordinate with Internal clients such as Project Managers, Client Managers, System Analysts, Quality Assurance and Software Development for issue resolution
â€¢ Investigation of e-Mail /Hardware/ Operating System/ Network issues
â€¢ Analyze and resolve Product and Infrastructure related technical issues
â€¢ Special projects that need implementation on a live system
â€¢ Train new and existing personnel on current processes and procedures
â€¢ Documentation of new processes and update existing documentation to keep it current
â€¢ This Job requires working in Shifts since the Department works 24Ã—7.
Desired Profile :
Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, skills and abilities.
â€¢ DETC/BCS/BE or equivalent education, experience or training.
â€¢ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
â€¢ Experience with Windows 2000/XP/2003.
â€¢ Comfortable with Hardware and Networking issues.
â€¢ Experience with a command language (i.e. DOS or UNIX).
â€¢ Knowledge of SQL.
â€¢ 0-1 years of experience in Technical Support.
â€¢ Global support experience.
