Job Description for Business Development:-

A. Position Executive Business Development & Operations
B. Domain: Agriculture , SME , Mortgage, LAP, Rural finance, Rural lending
C. Level Based on qualification, experience & skillsets
D. Workex At least 2 to 7 years experience in business development role/function in any financial institution covering Semiurban/Rural areas.
F. Educational Qualification Minimum Graduate (full time)
G. Language: Local /regional Language , English, Hindi is an added advantage
H. Skills/Specialization/Competency
Fair understanding of grassroot Agriculture dynamics
Fair understanding of NBFC/FI value chain from business solicitation to collection. Wellversed with understanding of
financing requirement of customers engaged in agri related activities, market dynamics in agrifinance space and
understanding of creditworthiness of the customer/customer segments in an environment where information
opacity is very high
Ability to relate/corelate information, findings during undertaking business solicitation
Reasonable communication capability both oral & written
Reasonable level of capability to work on excel, ppt, word etc.
Prior experience with NBFC/Financial institution shall have added advantage
High level of perseverance to ensure achievement of business goals

Analyzing CIBIL reports
Preparing Credit Approval Memo to check loan eligibility of applicants
Analyzing the risk involved in financing the applicant
Tele-verification with loan applicants
Issuing Sanction Letter
Managing co-ordination with sales team & Internal Auditors
Managing various reports
Sanction MIS, Franking MIS, Documentation Status etc]
Managing Loan Disbursement
Verifying Bank Letters for Disbursement
Managing the credit policy of company while disbursing the loan
Managing the overdue report
