Job Responsibility :
Develop and nurture relationship with local Builders
2. Generate revenue through Builder relationships, Cold calling and initiation of various Marketing events
3. Maintain at least 10 active Builders (one file login per month from each Builder) in the area of operation.
4. Ensure empanelment of new Builders every month
5. Ensure EMI Bounce rate to be less than 10% ( No. of bounces, not value )
6. Maintain proper Portfolio Quality i.e. no 90+ cases
7. Ensure no FPD / SPD
8. Achievement of monthly assigned targets.
9. Attend all training related to Product and Policy and clear certifications on timely basis
