Experience 1-2 years in a reputed hotel. Good interpersonal skills. Should have a computer knowledge. Should be willing to work in shift.
Have detailed information regarding arrivals, their room requirements and expected departures of the day. Ensure that every guest has a smooth and quick check-in & check-out. Ensure all the complaints from the guests are handled delicately and informed to the Front Office Manager.
