  • Mapping and Targeting Choice Customers, approaching HR / Admin / IT Mgrs and Heads for meaningful discussions on Current method of Recruitment / Current management of VC infra and Services / Problems and Pain areas in Audio, Video Conferencing, Web Casting, AVSI (Audio visual system integration)/ Multi City Event Management/ Audio conferencing
  • Conversions of Leads shared 
  • Giving Demos of Service.
  • Mapping the Account as per Account Management Sheet
  • Mapping New Users for driving additional revenue growth from Existing Customers.
  • Mapping Customer Billing and Payment Process to ensure Collections within 60 days
  • Counseling Working Executives for Candidate Acquisitions during Launch of Virtual Class Room Programs 
  • Franchisee Management – Management of Key Franchisee Index Parameters through Structured Franchisee Engagement
  • Customer Service and Experience 
  • Ensuring Process Compliance to Store and other Operations Processes
