Provides guidance and training to managers and employees on employee/labor relations issues. Conducts employee focus groups.
Conducts termination interviews and compiles statistical reports and information on turnover. Conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations on unemployment claims.
Researches and consolidates information required for analysis of Human Resources Operations. Performs special projects as assigned.
Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
Exercises judgment in routine matters, considering defined procedures, practices and precedents to recommend appropriate action.
