Daily and Weekly MIS report for the work done to reporting manager and Management.
Payroll Process (Attendance, Leave, pay components, reimbursements & pay slip management)
Managing Salary TDS (Verification of investment proof, preparing quarterly return and calculating TDS)
Handling Statutory Audit (Preparing annual provisions, Head count report and coordinating with auditor)
Statutory Process (PF, Gratuity, ESIC, Insurance Schemes, Shops & Esbt. Act, Contract labour Act & other required Acts)
Compensation & Benefits Management (survey & required analytics for Budget)
Exit Management (Full & Final Settlement, Relieving certificate, PF w/d & Transfer
Function as a Payroll officer, responsible for Payroll Administration, Attendance and Leave Administration, and Employee Relations
Manage and process monthly payroll for 1000+ salaried employees.
