JOB Description –

– Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against targets for the Account by location & in coordination with the regional team.

– Identify & exploit business growth opportunities for the Key Account Customer for all locations by conducting strategic tie-ups, consumer promotions & activities

– Project & track new outlet plans of the Key Account Customer by location & develop support structure to service & monitor business operations

– Responsible for Handling All national & regional chain of outlets with the help of team of executives.

– Focus on proper Visibility, Availability & effective implementation of promotional activities.

– Expertise in managing business operations with key focus on profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

– Skills of managing teams to work in sync with the company set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals

– Responsible for achieving sales targets at branches, building dynamic sales teams, identifying new business opportunities.

Reporting:

Direct reporting – CEO

Functional Reporting- Head of Sales

Required Experience – 10 + years

Location – Bangalore

Salary package – maximum 15 lpa + bonus( 15% of salary)
