Completing the entire sales process and maintain relationship with the Doctors.
Handle customer service function efficiently by coordinating with Technical Support team.
Generating Leads through Continuous visits, Building good relationship with Clients.
Identify New Potential Doctors for the Business Development.
Handling Customer queries for their Satisfaction and for Creating New Business Avenues.
Analysing Competitor Activities and Reporting to Related Business Managers.
Support marketing activities (Campaign).
Increasing Sales through existing Corporate Clients and through New Clients.
Managing the leads provided by the company
Coordinating with operations team for the order fulfilment & service issue.
Attending and contributing to Management review meeting.
Regular follow up of each & every client & focus upon Maximum customer satisfaction.
Ensuring market presence and making site visit.
Maintaining and updating the doctor data base
Excellent Communication Skills.
Pharma sales experience will be a plus.

Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
