Job Description

Client Implementations and Product Enhancements of “Enterprise Software Systems” – SCM, WMS, Logistics, TMS, 3PL, ERP, end to end Retail, CRM in multiple geographies

– Manage Client Implementations
– Gather and map client requirements , and map it to product
– Manage team for client deliveries, and test the implementations
– Training
– Envision Product Road Map and execute Product Enhancements
– Project Management , execution and Tracking
– Client Relationship and resolving client issues
– Build Long Term Relationships
– Account Management
– Grow the account – Up-sell / Cross-sell (Account mining)
– Presentations to clients including to senior and top management / C-level executives
– Negotiate delivery aspects with client
– Part of team tracking / evaluating customer satisfaction index (CSI)
– Business Development and strategies
– Key role and core member across entire sales and marketing cycle

Skills Required:

– Deep Functional Knowledge / Domain Expertise in Enterprise Software Solutions: ERP systems, SCM, WMS, Logistics, TMS, 3PL, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management System
– Implementation Experience of any ERP or SCM / WMS system
– Experience with any ERP preferable: ERP like SAP, Oracle Business Suite, Oracle Apps, Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Navision, Adempiere, Compiere, Openbravo ERP, Idempiere, OpenERP, Sage Accpac, IFS, JD Edwards / JDE, BAAN, QAD, Applied Materials, etc.
– Experience in any of the SCM / WMS systems is a big plus: like Infor, Red Prairie, Simext BizInt, Manhattan Associates, Oracle WMS, Oracle SCM, SAP WMS, i2, SCM, JDA Software, IBS, Epicor, Aldata, High Jump, Exceed, Retalix, Swisslog, CDC Software, Descartes, Sterling Commerce, etc.
– Knowledge of related technologies preferable: Handheld Terminal / HHT device, Barcode, RFID, GPS, PDA, ERP mobile apps, SMS, multi lingual support in software, etc.
