Responsible for sourcing and developing strategic relationships & Partnerships with various related Corporate and commercial outlets in accordance with the Group overarching objective, strategic goals.
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Identify and source partnership opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
Collaborate with Head Admission & Communication across schools to align with new and existing partner relationships.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with Groups Policies & guidelines.
Represent both the internal stakeholders and the partners to deliver a great expereince of mutual value add
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various out reach and partnerships, from stand point of Brand impact and promotions.
Keep the ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Travel in NCR and whenever necessary
Educational background and Professional Profile
Previous working experience as an Outreach and Partnerships Manager for 3-5 years
Graduate, preferably with MBA in Marketing, Communication
Effective and impactful in Communication and Interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Great multitasking skills
Attention to details
Posessing high energy, self motivated with a can do attitude
Passionate about networking and relatsionhip Management
Tempermentally matured, confident and ability to convince and win over
Salary: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
