Walk in – BPO – Inbound Voice Process (6 Months – 1yr exp)

Responsibilities:


1) Attend inbound calls (requires neutral English accent)

2) Assist field operator by provisioning orders in system

3) Assist field operator in troubleshoot and repair of equipment
4) Report back call status to respective Lead/Manager

5) Extend shift on requirement of volume or SLA

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


Inbound Call Center experience with Neutral English (at-least 6 months)

Prior experience with US based voice process
Profound with basic computer skills (Windows & Excel)

Ready to work on Saturday and Sunday or extend when required

Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage; at-least should be willing to adopt the same due to requirement in work

Night shift only.
