Dealing with visitors like clients, vendors, consultants etc and handling their queries effectively. Escorting the Clients of MD & for employees who have daily scheduled meetings. Assisting and arranging meeting rooms for employees according to their needs.
Maintain various Logistics pertaining to any meetings at the conference room hospitality.
Arranging refreshments & lunch for the meetings wherever necessary.
Handling calls and relaying messages to the concerned person through email or in person.
