Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
Responsible to plan, develop and implement projects as per the clients need.
Meet with clients to address their needs and vision.
Create designs and concepts to promote brand through advertisements, brochures, templates, posters, layouts, exhibitions, corporate communication, package designs, newsletter design, website designs, short videos, logos and illustrations.
Produce still and animated graphics for online and multimedia use.
Create presentations and designs for social media promotion.
Search, analyze and create high-quality art work for online publishing in variety of disciplines, including but not limited to, life science, medicine, chemistry, engineering, social science, humanities.
Design art work and develop ideas by researching variety of scholarly areas on multiple platforms such as scholarly publishing, social media, news articles, blogs, and other online platforms.
Document, analyze and maintain database of designs and related content.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and generate work reports.
Regular email, phone and chat communication with international clients and customers.
Assist in development of business operations related materials using Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and other related software.
Keep abreast with emerging technologies and computer-aided design (CAD).
Participate in our and clients CSR (social work) projects for promotion of scholarly work and increasing awareness on multiple diseases.
Manage miscellaneous projects as deemed necessary.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years of graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
Certification in Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
Bachelor Degree in Arts, Graphic Design and related fields is preferred.
Essential skill set: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Corel Draw, Adobe Dreamweaver, CSS3, action script and Flash & Flex.
Strong interest in online research and learning basic of scholarly disciplines, such as, life science, medicine, chemistry, engineering, social science, humanities.
Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Ppt).
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English language).
Keen attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Must be available to work regularly from 9:00AM to 6:00PM IST (Monday to Saturday) from Jaipur office.
Must be flexible and able to work beyond business hours as per the needs and timings of international clients. After business hours work or meetings will be occasional (once in a week).
Excellent interpersonal relationship, ability to work in teams and independently under firm deadlines.
Experience in using social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
