Minimum of 2 years of relevant secretarial and Front Office work experience within an organisation

Good Communication skills

Well versed with Power Point presentations and Ms Word

Knowledge of office administration and vendor management

Secretarial duties for Head SSC- Organising meetings,travel & transport bookings

Managing routine phone calls, emails & visitors.

Providing Front Desk Support

Attending inquiries on the phone and face to face

Managing basic HR process
