– Degree and Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
– 3+ years of Experience in Dealer / Franchisee development and management.
– Understanding of Pricing of used car
– Understanding of Refurbishment of Used car
– Understanding of sales/procurement process i.e. including enquiry registration/follow up’s/conversions
– Achieving monthly Sales volume and Profit targets for the assigned Dealer Network/Territory
– Implementations of company policies/systems/and process at dealerships
– Recruitment/training/achieving targets of employee at dealerships
– Developing procurement channels i.e. Used Car dealers/Workshop owners/workshop mechanics. Dealer / Franchisee Performance.
– Developing Sales channels i.e. Financers/DSA’s etc
– Preparation of Buying and Selling Index of the city on monthly basis
– Monitoring of refurbishment/ageing etc of cars at dealerships.
– Report preparation as per company policy on daily/weekly/bimonthly/monthly basis
– Reporting of business volumes of individual dealerships on monthly/weekly basis.
– Collection of Royalty revenue from Dealerships on monthly basis.
– Handling customer complaints
– Monitoring Documentations of car sales through Dealerships
– Sales of company products i.e.
