Job Description â€“ Sales Director
Reports to: National Business Head
Responsible For: Engaging Company Sales Director and Distributor resellers to work towards a mutually agreed sales target and plan for Toozio Platinum.
The following specific responsibilities must be carried out:
– Co-ordinate Distributor resellers to generate revenue by selling Company Platinum memberships to the CXO level executives of SMB and large corporate.
– Evangelize Company Platinum membership
– Track and report Distributor resellers progress against sales target
– Train new Distributor resellers and sales professional, as well as regional Aditya business managers.
– Ensure up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
– Ensure co-ordination of collection and submission of payments from resellers to Company and payment of commissions from Company to resellers.
In addition the Sales Director will be expected to:
– Support resellers in negotiating contracts and attend key calls
– Develop large accounts.
– Participate in Companyâ€™s marketing efforts at trade shows and conferences.
– Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of Companyâ€™s products
– Develop a good knowledge of the market, demand, competition and prices.
– Would require Domestic and International Travel.
PERSON SPECIFICATION (essential requirements)
Qualifications & Experience
– 10+ years relevant sales experience.
Ideally the candidate will also possess:
– A degree or equivalent
– Good oral and written communication skills.
– Able to communicate with the CXO level executives with good presentation skills.
– Process driven and problem solving skills.
– Self-motivated and a team player and good interpersonal skills.
– Conceptual sales capability
– Result and target oriented
