Senior Recruiter (Noida)

Job Description:

– Work closely with Managing Director in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives in line with Corporate objectives through appropriate advice and programs
– Encourage and help managers develop and lead high performance work teams through effective communication, coaching and training
– Manage employee expectations and resolve grievances in a timely basis
– Promote timely and effective employee communication to foster an open environment
– Facilitate effective recruitment strategies through various channels like company website, head hunters, job portals, employee referral, campus recruitment, internships, etc. to meet business goals and create a preferred work place for our employees
– Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulatory policies is met
– Manage and coach HR team to ensure superior customer service is provided to employees
– Implement HR tools to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
