Its a fully integrated, young pharmaceutical group on fast track having 3 manufacturing units; one of them is in Rajasthan, M.P – India and the other is at an International location. All these manufacturing units are WHO GMP certified and PIC/s compliant.
The products are marketed in 9 countries namely Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan etc with fully integrated operations with sales, marketing, warehousing, distribution, regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and all support functions.
Now they have the following requirement –
Role: Marketing Manager (Should be Presently working as MM)
Job location: Delhi
Therapy: General segment/ Therapy (anti biotics, anti funagal, Pain, anti inflammatory etc)
Reporting to: SBU Head
Market coverage: Domestic Market.
Responsible for the P&L of the SBU with focus on developing the high thrust brands coupled with consolidating & growing business for the entire General portfolio. Identifying the strategic thrust areas & growth initiatives for the SBU along with SBU head & accordingly work along with support functions to develop & implement business plans. Manage KRAs & aid development of reportees- Undertake portfolio Gap analysis for the SBU, initiate launch of new brands and guiding PMT in developing innovative communication campaigns based on the marketing plans. Develop and maintain strong working relationship with identified KOLs to support current and future SBU objectives through various innovative initiatives, campaigns & participation in important customer forums.
